Domains, business email and cloud, done properly.
The foundations nobody notices until they break. We register your domains in your name, set up email that lands in the inbox, and host your systems with monitoring and backups we actually test. One bill, one team responsible.
Set up once, looked after for good.
Domain names
Registration, transfer and renewal of any extension, from country domains to .com, always in your organisation’s name.
Business email
Professional addresses on your domain, configured so your messages reach the inbox, with migration from your old provider.
Cloud hosting
Right-sized hosting and servers for websites, apps and databases, able to grow when your traffic does.
Backups & recovery
Automatic, encrypted backups stored apart from the live system, with restores tested on a schedule.
Security & monitoring
Certificates, updates and uptime alerts handled for you, with an engineer notified the moment something fails.
Migrations
Moving sites, email and data away from an unreliable host, planned so your customers never notice.
Your domain. Your data. Your name on everything.
Too many organisations discover their domain belongs to a former employee or an old agency. With Sigalix, every domain, account and password vault is registered to you, and you can see and export it at any time.
- A written record of every domain, account and renewal date
- Renewal reminders well before anything expires
- A monthly report in plain language: uptime, backups, incidents
- Full handover if you ever decide to move on
Questions about domains, email and cloud
Why do our emails land in spam?
Usually because the domain’s email records are missing or wrong. We check them, fix them and confirm delivery to the major providers.
Can you move us from our current host?
Yes. We plan the move, copy everything, test it and switch over at a quiet time, with the old setup kept as a fallback until you are happy.
Where is our data hosted?
With established cloud providers in the region we agree with you, named in the contract, so you meet any data residency rules that apply.
Do you support systems you did not build?
Yes, after a short review to understand what we are taking responsibility for.
